Dr Kenechukwu Ikebuaku is an award-winning development scholar, educator, and entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, business, and youth development. He is passionate about understanding and communicating the evolving relationship between humanity and artificial intelligence. Dr Kenechukwu is the founder and CEO of Mozisha, Africa's Skills Factory, which nurtures top African technology talents and connects them with businesses worldwide. Through its innovative, practice-based training model—which includes immersive skills training, capstone projects, mentorship, and apprenticeship programmes—Mozisha has become a catalyst for unleashing the untapped potential in African youth. In addition to his role at Mozisha, Dr. Kenechukwu serves as a doctoral advisor at the University of Lusaka, where he provides support to PhD students at Zambia's largest private university. He also serves as an editorial board member of the Journal of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies. Dr. Kenechukwu’s passion is to ensure that every young person has ample opportunity to maximize their potential.
